SamerKeymasterI don’t believe we have an option to ignore the self signed certs as we are using the webview to make the AJAX request and not a lower level connection. The certificate requirement is enforced no matter what, as I understand it.
I would suggest getting a valid, free certificate: https://letsencrypt.org/
SamerKeymasterI suspect the controller is refusing the new program for one reason or another. How many programs do you currently have? Could you try using the browser and inspecting the network request to the controller and possibly provide the headers and reply? If you need assistance getting that information I would be glad to help.
Thank you!
SamerKeymasterYou can send it to [email protected]
SamerKeymasterI’ll be sure to pull all the changes before the EOL date arrives.

SamerKeymasterWe don’t currently support weather stations since our change to OpenWeatherMaps. Please set your location using the map input.
Thanks!
SamerKeymasterCan you provide the actual value in the location setting on your control?
SamerKeymasterAs my previous reply, the diagnostics are not correctly displayed for the values actually used for the watering value so please disregard this for now.
As for why there is no last weather call, please provide your currently set location.
Thank you!
SamerKeymasterWhich firmware version are you on?
SamerKeymasterWe have a weather adjustment method called auto rain delay which supports a value such as 24 hours. This works using the network to ask our API for data based on your location.
Thanks!
SamerKeymasterWhat’s the location set to? It picks the units based on the location.
Thanks!
SamerKeymasterThat’s exactly right 🙂
SamerKeymasterThe diagnostics is not showing the correct data as you indicated, reported here: https://github.com/OpenSprinkler/OpenSprinkler-App/issues/57
We will be fixing this as soon as possible.

Thank you!
SamerKeymasterI have updated everything now to fix this issue however you might be using the Windows store app which I have not updated yet to fix the weather issue. You might need to just use the website for now but I will look into preparing an update for the Windows store ASAP.
Thanks!

SamerKeymaster@franzstein Just to let you know, another customer @PeteBa has provided a PR to allow the weather service to be run locally and interface with your PWS allowing you to use the data you were used to with WUnderground. We should be merging this in soon hopefully and add some documentation for using it.
Thank you!
