SamerKeymaster@ottorino I can actually see the station 1 runs on the screenshot you provided. The issue is the scale as they ran under 1 min and are shown as very small bar.
If you uncheck all stations except one on the graph view the scale adjusts for to represent them better.

SamerKeymasterYes I see the issue. I’ll get it fixed and let you know when it’s resolved.
Thanks for the detail!

SamerKeymasterI apologize, I actually do import the device ID. I can do a check if the device ID is changing and if so, notify the user after import as you suggested. I am adding this now.
Update: Discussing with Ray, no reboot will be required.

SamerKeymasterThank you for catching this issue. I have fixed it and will NOT import DHCP/IP or device ID. The idea being if you are able to import, you are obviously connected to your device and importing IP/DHCP settings will only ruin that.
This has been pushed and should be live (the app store apps will be updated today).
SamerKeymasterThe web app? You mean Sprinkler-PHP? That isn’t supported any more nor up to date for OSPi or the Arduino. If you don’t mind, can you send a screenshot so I can understand what you are seeing?
Thanks!
SamerKeymaster@mistralst It sounds like you are using my mobile app. Is the issue experienced only within the application or also on the device web page as well? Can you send a screenshot by any chance of the specific problem (where it is saying 17 seconds)?
Thanks.

SamerKeymasterGlad to hear it!

SamerKeymaster@AndyR, the pages for the device have always been retrieved from the cloud. The option exists to use the SD card if you wish which has been described in the solutions on the support site (https://opensprinkler.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000011026-using-the-sd-card-for-ui).
If you are curious, you will notice it references home.js (inside my app’s /js folder). This is the loader that ends up loading my app into the browser and connecting to the device.

SamerKeymaster@AndyR As I mentioned earlier, nothing is needed to see the changes except a browser page refresh. The UI assets are hosted remotely but cached locally. A refresh typically forces a clean copy to be downloaded.

SamerKeymasterTurns out TestFlight is currently limited to internal testers. External testers (up to 1000) is still to be announced.
In the meantime, you may message me your device UUID and I will add you to my test/development certificate for app testing.
Thanks!

SamerKeymaster@AndyR Welcome to OpenSprinkler!
Sorry for the initial problems you were having but hopefully we can help. In regard to firmware 2.0.9, the issue is likely the interval time. This is common pitfall of the previous firmware’s and was required to be non-zero to actually run a program (set very high to prevent a repeat).
For the current firmware, I found and fixed this issue when trying to select the days of the week in the program editor. You shouldn’t need to do anything except refresh the page in order to see the updated result. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
Thanks!

SamerKeymasterI can actually begin using TestFlight for iOS beta’s if people are interested. I will look into this ASAP and let you know when it’s available. If your UUID is added from the past, your welcome to use the PhoneGap link for the beta.

SamerKeymasterYes especially since a lot of the right settings page got moved out to the home page. I’ve also been considering this and am looking in to it.
Thanks!

SamerKeymasterThe UI issues (edit stations page buttons changing colors incorrectly and start times not saving) should be fixed now. The app store apps have yet to be updated however the web interface (accessing the OS by IP) should be fixed now.
Thanks for the reports!
SamerKeymasterThe SD card is not required and is primarily used for log data.
Any SD should work and answering your question no they don’t come with a SD card. To access it you have to open the OpenSprinkler case.
The SD can be any capacity so long it’s formatted FAT32.

SamerKeymasterIn regard to the edit stations page:
The stations turn red because the page continues to poll the device and if any station turns on the button updates to red. Are you sure a program didn’t start while you were testing?
The start time seems to work for me, is there a particular program type your trying to change that isn’t working?
What is the bug on the logs page?
Thank you!
Update: Just saw Ray’s post and will get the start time not saving fixed today.
SamerKeymasterFreshdesk gave me issues with the domain, I apologize. Try this: https://opensprinkler.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000011026-using-the-sd-card-for-ui
I updated my initial link to avoid further confusion.
Update: The old links work now as well.
SamerKeymasterAh thank you for this, I’ll get it fixed in the next version. Appreciate the screenshot!
SamerKeymasterCurrently, you have to manually change it otherwise you won’t switch.
However, this is being rectified in firmware 2.1.0 when provided the location, the controller will figure out the timezone and auto-apply DST when needed.
SamerKeymasterI know what you mean, it’s a work in progress and after this post I have spent some time to hammer out that issue (and a few others). I should have an update soon that also supports the upcoming firmware 2.1.0. Will keep you posted, thanks!
SamerKeymasterThis is actually already complete for the upcoming firmware (2.1.0). This should be released soon after more testing is completed.
September 20, 2014 at 6:34 pm in reply to: Direct HTTP commands, online User Manual and MAC Changes. #28310
SamerKeymaster2.0.4 accidently changed the MAC address handling and to reduce confusion it stuck with it moving forward.
In regard to the HTTP commands, all of the controller’s /v? functions are going away or are gone already. However, the commands to change options/stations are still present and the same, is there any particular command that’s not working?
The upcoming, 2.1.0 firmware, will have a few more changes and the documentation will be updated for it.
SamerKeymasterThe gap is artificial and does not represent a gap in scheduling. Because I currently show all stations at once the gap’s represent a 0 value of the other stations during the 12th hour.
If you tap to toggle them off, the gap goes away.
Of course, the logs are not ideal for a mobile device and I am working to improve this.
SamerKeymasterSorry, what’s unbelievable?
SamerKeymasterBased on your screenshots, it looks like you need to update your software.
The version of OSPi you are running is rather old. If you can, please upgrade to the latest OSPi.
I also believe you are using the PHP web app which is also quite dated. This is no longer developed and instead it’s recommended to use one of the available app store apps (mobile and desktop) or to directly access the controller (after updating your firmware).
